Sales Manager ranking, demonstrating exceptional leadership in client
engagement and high-value transactions. My consistent success as a #1 Sales
Executive prior to promotion reinforced my ability to exceed aggressive
targets. - Blue-Collar Fund & Management LLC (2002-2016): As Project Manager &
Business Consultant, I facilitated over $3.55 million in USDA funding for
home building and homeownership, successfully guiding 97 individuals to
qualify for financing. I also provided small business startup consulting
and personal financial literacy education, empowering individuals toward
financial independence. - Waccamaw Funding (1997-2000): As Owner/Operator, I directed all facets of
mortgage funding operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering
strategic partnerships. This provided a deep understanding of financial
planning and lending programs. - The Life Foundation (2024-Present): Currently leading the strategic
development and operational launch of a non-profit, demonstrating my
